Pion is consultant, ontologist, mentor and entrepreneur, in latest project (YJL) she builds language for adequate expression of social relations structures based on 4D approach to roles.

She developed and teaches «Ontologics and communication» course and book (system-school.ru/united) and has a blog with 4000 readers about subjects related to teaching somebody something ontological and essentially complex (t.me/ontologics).

In her language (and other intellectually-demanding) project she hires her own graduates and her graduate’s graduates, because it is the easiest way (at least in Russia) to reach properly configured brains.

She has Master's degree in philosophy (area of interest is philosophy of language and formal philosophy) and teaches a course on Systems approach in HSE (https://hse.ru/) which is basically about ontologics too.
