Ted has a BSc in digital electronics, and a MSc in Industrial Technology. He is a faculty member in the Computer Engineering Technology program at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio USA. He is also the main developer of the MathPiper open source computer algebra system (http://mathpiper.org).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Working on MathPiper lead Ted to study Prolog, which lead to studying formal logic, logic-based AI systems like Cyc, conceptual graphs, and ontology. He is currently in the process of implementing a subset of the classic PRESS (PRolog Equation Solving System) in MathPiper.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
