Luis manages the Compliance program at OGC and supports the Interoperability Program. He supports semantic activities at OGC http://www.opengeospatial.org/blog/1673. He was before leader of the OOSTethys (Ocean Observing Systems development) and leader of technical team at the Marine Metadata Interoperability Project.
