Edelweis Rohrer
I am a researcher and associate professor at Facultad de Ingeniería of Universidad de la República, Uruguay.
I also serve as the head of the Software Engineering Department at the General Accounting of the Ministry of Economy of Uruguay.
I hold a Ph.D. in design and foundations of ontologies with metamodelling, and a Master of Science degree in methodologies on ontology engineering, both from Universidad de la República, Uruguay.
My current line of interest is ontological engineering and reasoning applied to different domains, particularly in the health domain, in the detection and prevention of breast cancer.
