Jideão Vieira

Jideão is a Legislative Analyst (area: Information Tecnlogy) at Brazilian Senate, where he works with ontology-based conceptual modelling and model-driven design of enterprise systems to organize, model and represent the legislative process, mainly the Brazilian legislative process. He joined the Brazilian Senate in 2014 and, since then, works mainly with the Unified Foundational Ontology (UFO), developed by prof. Dr. Giancarlo Guizzardi.

Jideão is a MSc student at University of Brasilia (UnB: Universidade de Brasília). His thesis is also related with the use of UFO to model the Brazilian legislative process.

His main interest is in upper-ontologies studies and its application to build domain-ontologies.
