Hyunmin Cheong

I'm a research scientist in the AI & Robotics research group at Autodesk. My general interest is the application of artificial intelligence techniques in design and manufacturing. Currently, I'm looking into developing and using ontologies to enable semantic reasoning and facilitate interoperability within our software applications. I'm also part of the Industry Ontology Foundry initiative, working toward developing a collaborative framework and platform for submitting, validating and sharing ontologies for the industrial and manufacturing domains. I have received BASc, MASc, and PhD in mechanical engineering at the University of Toronto.
