Brian Pollex received his Ph.D. in Philosophy at The University of Texas at Austin in 2021 under the dual supervision of Sinan Dogramaci and David Sosa, specializing in Epistemology. He joined Enterra Solutions, LLC as an Ontological Engineer after a referral to the Enterra team from Doug Lenat at Cycorp. Dr. Pollex's role at Enterra has focused on ontology development to support the ANNA AI Communication Assessment Platform, specifically in the Cyc Artificial Intelligence Engine. Other projects have included Knowledge Base/ (relational) database integration, and Generative AI/ontology integration.
