Adam Kimball

Adam Kimball is a software architect with a passion from semantic technologies. Over the last 20 years, Adam has worked for a number of innovative companies including NeXT, SGI, Overstock and others. Currently, Adam is a Sr. Semantic Architect at Thermo Fisher Scientific where his interests include instrument health, semantic data models (including work with the Allotrope Foundation), and software architecture.

Recently, Adam has found a renewed optimism for the semantic web technology stack due to SHACL and its the new possibilities it promises. In particular, innovative work bridging RDF and GraphQL via SHACL is top most on his mind. Feel free to ping him and say hi!
