Charles is a project scientist working at the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center of Old Dominion University. There, he works in the area of interoperability and composability of simulation systems, contributing to several research projects. In addition to the research work he is performing for VMASC, Charles is also a PhD student, with research into the area of dynamic ontological representation.
