I participate in various system of systems and software engineering activities for the Boeing Company. This includes audit and guidance in architectural assessment, process analysis, system design, and simulation, including the use of data and taxonomy extraction tools. I have been an adjunct lecturer in the engineering, computer science, and business departments at Wichita State University. Research interests include bridging between knowledge engineering and knowledge management, and ontologies for requirements engineering. I've a BSc in mathematics, an MSc in indutrial engineering/operations research, and PhD from Nova Southeastern University where I did research in the fields of knowledge engineering and conceptual structures.
