Jeffrey Zhan

I worked in the China National Institute of Standardization since 1997 and I was responsible for the mirror committee to ISO TC184/SC4 for over 15 years.

I participated in the ISO 10303, ISO 15926 and ISO 13584 projects since 1998.

Now I work as a developer for a small company in New Zealand to develop XMplant which is a well-known solution for ISO 15926 implementation. It needs its functionality upgrading with an ontology-based methodology. That's why I'm interested in this group.
