I am a Pharmacist and a PhD student in Computer Science. My principal research interest lies in biomedical knowledge representation for drug safety and pharmacovigilance. I work in the research and creation of annotated corpora and ontologies for the application of Information Extraction Techniques in the pharmacological domain. I am currently investigating the ontological representation of drug-drug interactions and its application for Relation Extraction in pharmacological texts. I would like to learn about ontology engineering, participate in current discussions, and earn about current projects.
