Process Deliverables
- 3 months of rigorous virtual discourse
- dialog over the [ontology-summit] forum
- possible use of survey(s)
- summarize, synthesize, organized and displayed on the wiki (with support from editors)
- Coordinate and reduce finding and conclusions into a written communique
- 1.5 days of face-to-face technical workshop (whole day Apr. 23 & morning of Apr. 24, 2007 at NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA)
- a Half day symposium which will be opened to the public and the press, where our key messages and the joint communique will be presented
The Process
The 6-step previously referred to as "draft-2" process is officially adopted (at the 2007.03.20 meeting)
Our 6-Step Process
- 1. Identify constituency representative
- 2. collect ontology (or ontology-related) terms used in each constituency
- with a specific e-mail thread for each constituency
