RJ Sheperd

RJ Sheperd is a software engineer based in Portland, Oregon, US. He is focused on developing Open Science and Policy Decision tools. His interest in Ontology Design and Knowledge Graphs is quite nascent, but he hopes to leverage Semantic technologies to enable integration of disparate data silos and applications scattered across Research Labs, NGO's, and Agencies.
