Rashif Ray Rahman

I am a Semantic Web and graph databases practitioner with experience in designing and building ontology-backed (now "knowledge-graph") web applications. My interest in ontologies began with my MSc thesis project at the University of Leicester (2017), where I was supported by a startup project in the financial services industry to evaluate and implement a knowledge-based approach to compliance management. Since then, I have worked in both the LPG (namely Neo4j) and RDF paradigms, helping others understand and adopt these technologies in their businesses, including one for athletics media and analytics, which also incorporates the other "web3" in its tech stack, i.e. blockchain. I am also a former IT professional and open-source contributor (Arch Linux).
