Yojana Gadiya

I am Yojana Gadiya, a Data Scientist at Fraunhofer Institute of Medicine and Pharmacology (ITMP) in Hamburg. My expertise lies in creating knowledge graphs for drug discovery purposes and using these knowledge graphs for speeding the drug discovery pipeline. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. within the same domain and trying to find out potential ways in which drug development and research can be accelerated. This in turn led me to look into ontologies that can help generalize bioassay data, thereby leveraging their reusability and promoting FAIR standards across this domain. I am actively looking for colleagues who have had expertise in the creation of ontology and looking forward to learning from them.
