Janet Singer

For four decades has been an Independent researcher in foundational issues of systems science and systems engineering
Academic career began on the liberal arts side, with a focus on religious studies and philosophy, before moving to mathematics/applied statistics and engineering systems
For the last 14 years has served as liaison to the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) from the International Society for the Systems Sciences (ISSS)
Co-lead of the Scientific Foundations project of the INCOSE Complexity, Uncertainty, and Emergence Working Group

Note INCOSE is pronounced in-KOH-see.
