- From Steve Ray
- Geometry standards didn't begin with STEP as your spiral implies. Some in the room with doubtless raise that.
- The slides are only to tell a story, beginning at STEP because of the influence on BIM, the beginning of geometry standards could go back as far as Pythagoras.
- As you progress through the spiral, you mix geometry standards with languages, organizations, and various other internet events. It's not clear how you picked the things you did.
- For a system like the Open Floor Plan Displays and Data Exchange to work, a number of languages and organizations need to work together as a web service over the internet. There are certain to be items missing which should be corrected.
- I assume Michelle will cover this, but it's not clear by the end of your slides just what the project is that you are presenting. I recognize you mention the Open Floor Plan Display Project, but the last slide is the first time I saw it mentioned. I know you are working on the historical context, but you might want to go a little lighter on that for this meeting, and spend a little more on the project.
- Will modify based on call today
