Agenda & Proceedings

1. Meeting called to order:

Since we had a consensus to postpone the OOR "fork" session (which was

originally scheduled for Sep-3), the session tomorrow will revert back to a regular OOR-team conference call. We will, though, hope to take the opportunity to use that time to work up the next level of details on the upcoming 5 virtual sessions.

  • review and adopt agenda

2. Roll Call:

  • welcome and intro of new member(s) (as needed)

3. Status Review and Discussion:

  • Urgent issues:
Since work up the next level of details on the upcoming 5 virtual sessions is top urgent, and will need as much time as we can afford today, let's just focus on that for this meeting (and drop the other regular agenda items for today.)
