Further to the discussion at our May-9 call and subsequent announcement, breakout subgroups will report back on their discussions/recommendations in the following four major areas:
  • Use Cases & Requirements - K_Goodier with Ravi Sharma, Peter P. Yim, Todd Schneider & Frank Alvidrez
    • K: will be calling a meeting of this subgroup to further the work
    • will continue to pursue working on a template
      • on K's request John will help review the draft template
    • continue to identify early adopters - who can then give us their specific use case(s) and requirement

        • Peter: possibility of preparing the (first instance) OOR server platform <oor.cim3.net> and have people (if they want to) demo from that ... but, maybe this could be one of our action items immediately after the 8/22 session

    • the MMI Project has two deadlines coming up; can share some of the work and process with the rest of the team.
      • Peter: suggests John and others to actively use [oor-forum] as our conversation workspace to share insights, findings, questions and answers ... especially when OOR is still at the stage of being organized.
