- Frank explained the situation a bit more ... as for whether only the lead organization, or all involved, needs to be on NSF's "approved accounting system" list and/or "fast lane" it depends on who NSF needs to award money to
- Team to prepare a proposal for the NSF OCI Datanet solicitation (prelim proposal due 2008.11.13):
